Located along the San Carlos Plaza on the historic campus of San Jose State University , the Metro Fountain Blues Festival hosts over 8000 blues enthusiasts. The Metro Fountain Blues Festival is produced annually by the Associated Students of San José State University, a non-profit organization that provides support services and activities for students.
